Our Return & Warranty Policies

At PROSRVC, we believe in transparency and accountability at every stage. That’s why we offer clear grading standards and solid warranty coverage — so you can purchase with confidence and peace of mind.

Each device undergoes rigorous testing and grading before it leaves our facility. Still, if something’s not right, we’re here to make it right — under the following return and warranty guidelines:

Damaged / Item Not as Described — 3-Day Return Window

If your shipment arrives with physical damage beyond what was described, or if there’s a significant discrepancy in the item’s condition, you may request a return within 3 business days of delivery.

Important:

Functional Issues / Unlocking Problems — 30-Day Warranty

If a device has a functional defect missed during testing (e.g., non-working camera), or if an item sold as unlocked arrives carrier-locked, it will be covered under our 30-day warranty.

Important:

⚠️ Condition Requirement:
Returned items must match the original physical condition. Devices with new physical damage will not qualify for replacement.

IMEI Blacklist Guarantee — 90 Days

All PROSRVC devices are shipped with a clean ESN/IMEI, unless clearly stated otherwise.

If an IMEI becomes blacklisted within 90 days of purchase, we will accept the return and issue a replacement, pending verification.

RMA Form – Return Merchandise Authorization

To initiate a return, please complete the RMA Form and send it to your assigned sales representative.
This ensures we can process your return request promptly and accurately.

📌 Note: Returns without an approved RMA form may be delayed or denied.
